Healthy Snacks to Prepare for Regionals!


I qualified for Regionals at my gymnastics state meet and this is an example of a healthy snack so I can be my best and stay healthy as I train for this big meet.  A mixed bowl of fruit and a glass of nice cold unsweetened almond milk.  I just love honeydew melon, raspberries and strawberries!  If I wanted I could throw everything pictured here into a blender and I'd have a great smoothie!
