Eat the Rainbow and Be Your Best


This was my lunch today!  Red bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, hummus and Daiya Cheese.  I didn't used to like eating raw veggies but when I was 5 years old my mom got a DVD called CopyKids which just shows kids eating healthy raw fruits and veggies and it was surprisingly fun for me to watch and eat veggies with the kids in the video. Eating like this will help you not get sick as often and give you good energy for sports like gymnastics and I just feel nicer and happier when I eat like this. You should only eat candy at least once a year which should be only on Halloween because no one can resist not going trick or treating on Halloween. if you don't finish all your candy make a card with candy in it for your friend or give them away at school that's what I did with all my chocolate. I made cards and gave them away. I am allergic to gluten and milk I will get sick if I eat those things but I can still eat most regular candy, but I try not to overdo it.  

My little brother is still scared of veggies so I've been watching CopyKids with him and eating my veggies at the same time to try and help him want to eat the rainbow too....I hope it works!
